Skin scan: saving my results

Save my scan results, goals, comment and any AI overview to my account. My photo stays on this phone unless I separately choose to share it.

We save your ten concern readings, bands, confidence and broad area levels, your chosen goals, an optional comment of up to 500 characters and any written AI overview you choose to save. Face landmarks, face geometry, heat maps and illustration images are never saved. The numbers describe appearance in this photo, not a medical assessment.

An AI overview is saved only through a server-checked reference to the structured observations from your own request. Your saved record is private to you until you separately share it with our clinical team. We keep it for up to 12 months, or a shorter period set by the clinic, and remove it sooner if you delete it, withdraw saving consent or delete your account. You can delete one scan or all your scans. Our team cannot use it for marketing. Hermes cannot access it.

We rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a) and explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) where the information relates to health. Our privacy notice explains your rights.
