Hyaluronic acid is the only filler I'll use. It's reversible — if you don't like the result, or if I need to adjust it, I can dissolve it with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. I keep that enzyme on site at all times. That's a non-negotiable safety net.
The technique matters more than the millilitre. I work with the lips you've got — respecting your existing shape, balancing where you're uneven, restoring the cupid's bow if it's lost definition. The Refined house style is soft, natural definition. Never a traced lip.

Refined Medical Aesthetics is on Double Row in Seaton Delaval, NE25 0PP — a quiet pod garden tucked off the main road, around 4 miles east of Tynemouth. The Tynemouth Priory and Castle is a useful nearby reference point.
The drive is straightforward via the A1058 Coast Road then the A189. Parking at Refined is free, on Double Row directly outside the clinic — much easier than trying to park near the seafront in Tynemouth itself. By Metro, the nearest stops to the clinic are Whitley Bay or Monkseaton, both around a 10-minute taxi from the clinic.
