The gallery.
Unretouched, shared with permission. These are the results that define the house style at Refined — subtle lips, balanced profiles, glass-skin hydration from Profhilo and polynucleotides, and scar-softened complexions after a course of microneedling.
Every photograph below was taken in the same corner of the treatment room, in the same daylight, with no filters and no makeup between the “before” and the “after”. Tap any image to see it full-screen — and filter by treatment area with the chips below.

What to look for.
A good before-and-after is quieter than people expect. We’re not trying to make you into someone else — we’re making small, structural changes that settle back into the way you already look.
Lip filler: look for hydration and definition, not volume. A good result restores the border and the cupid’s bow without changing the shape of the mouth. Natural lip treatments at Refined use 0.5–1ml of Juvederm Vycross and settle over two weeks.
Profile balancing: cheek, chin and jaw filler should bring the lower face into proportion with the upper — particularly for clients with a recessive chin or tired mid-face. The result reads as a better photograph, not a different face.
Profhilo & polynucleotides: the change is skin quality, not sculpt. Look for brightness, a smoother texture and the “bounce” coming back into the cheeks and jawline.
Microneedling: scar softening and pigmentation fading are slow — a course of three sessions six weeks apart is realistic. Results keep developing for three months after the final session.
Why nothing here
is filtered.
A lot of aesthetic gallery photos you see on social media are run through skin-smoothing filters or taken in wildly different lighting. Refined’s policy is no filters, no retouching, matched lighting, same angle. If the before-and-after looks small compared to what you see on Instagram, that’s the point.
