Cheek filler uses a firm hyaluronic acid product placed deep, onto the periosteum or just above it. It lifts the overlying tissue. It restores the mid-face volume lost with age. Done well, it improves the whole lower face too. Nasolabial folds soften. The jowl line improves. All without touching those areas directly.
The technique matters enormously. Wrong placement gives a shelf. Wrong product gives puffiness that doesn’t move. I use lifting-grade filler, place it accurately, and build volume conservatively. You can always add more. You cannot always undo more.
