The face loses the architecture that holds it up. Cheek filler restores that architecture. Done well, the result looks like you slept properly. Not like you had filler.
I use a cannula for cheek work wherever possible. A blunt-tipped instrument. It’s safer around blood vessels. Kinder on bruising. The result integrates better. Most clients need 1 to 2ml across both cheeks. We agree the volume at consultation. Not at the door.
