Free Face Scan

A clearer place to start, before choosing a treatment.

If you know what you would like to improve but not what to book, the Face Scan helps you organise your concerns, goals and preferred next step. It gives Rachel useful context for a better conversation.

This is not a medical assessment. It does not diagnose a condition, confirm suitability or replace an appointment with Rachel.

The photo is used only while the scan is open and is discarded when the scan ends. Your answers and contact details are sent only when you choose to submit them.

How it works

Three calm, clear steps.

01

Tell us what matters

Choose your main concern, desired result, timeframe, comfort level and whether you want a one off appointment or a longer term plan.

02

Use guided capture

On device checks help with lighting, framing and image quality. The capture supports the conversation, it does not make a diagnosis.

03

Choose one next step

Read your educational summary, then send it to WhatsApp if you want Rachel to guide you. You remain in control and there is no automatic booking.

What it can do

Help you describe what you want to discuss.

  • Organise your main concern and desired outcome.
  • Show educational routes you may want to read about.
  • Prepare a short summary for a WhatsApp conversation with Rachel.
  • Help Rachel understand whether you want a single appointment or continuity over time.

What it cannot do

Replace Rachel's clinical judgement.

  • It cannot diagnose a skin or medical condition.
  • It cannot decide that a treatment is safe or suitable.
  • It cannot recommend or advertise prescription treatment.
  • It cannot promise a result or replace informed consent.
Your result

One useful next step, not a sales maze.

Your summary will lead with the concern you selected and the goal you described. The main action is to send that summary to WhatsApp so Rachel can guide you. Treatment pages and longer term care remain optional reading, and membership is only discussed later if regular care genuinely fits your goals.

Questions

Before you begin.

Do I need to know which treatment I want?

No. The Face Scan is designed for people who know what they would like help with but do not know which treatment page is relevant.

Does the Face Scan diagnose my skin?

No. It is educational guidance and a conversation aid. Rachel determines treatment suitability individually after reviewing the information needed for your care.

Is my photo saved?

No. The guided capture is processed on your device while the scan is open, then discarded when the scan ends. Contact details and answers are submitted only when you choose to send them.

Will it automatically recommend a membership?

No. The result focuses on your concern and preferred next step. Longer term care is discussed only when regular appointments genuinely suit your goals.
